1. Orders & Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after advance payment (if applicable) and final design/artwork approval by the customer.

2. Design Proof & Approval

• A digital proof will be shared before printing begins.
• Printing starts only after customer's written/WhatsApp/email approval.
• Once approved, we are not responsible for errors (spelling, layout, color choice) that existed in the approved proof.

3. Color & Print Variation

Due to differences between screen display and print output, slight variation in color may occur. This is a standard characteristic of the printing process and not considered a defect.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment may be required before production begins (percentage as agreed per order).
• Balance payment is due at or before delivery/dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery & Dispatch

• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier/logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
• Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible, and advance payment is non-refundable.

7. Customer-Provided Content

If you provide your own logo, design, or content for printing, you confirm that you have the rights to use it. Keerthana Digital Press is not liable for any copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-supplied materials.

8. Quality Assurance

We strive to maintain high print quality. In case of a genuine printing defect (not related to approved design or color variation), please contact us within 3 days of delivery for resolution.
